Must be received by Friday, March 27th for the 14's and
Friday, April 10th for the 16's
and 18's to guarantee your spot.

Ø After those dates you will be charged $20
late charge if there is room in the tournament. No money will be taken at the tournament. You
must pay before or you will not have a spot.

| Ø Coach's meetings are 30 minutes prior to start time at the site of your first
game. (Click here to see pool info). You will play at either Skyview,
or Castle
Rock (Click on each for directions). |
| Ø If your players are not AAU members they will not be allowed to play.
You can print the membership
form here and send it to the Montana AAU office in Hardin, or go to www.aausports.org
and fill it out on-line. You can get the address to send in the form at
the AAU website. AAU cards may be checked at some point in the tournament. |
| Ø There will be concessions and clothing for sale at the tournament. |
| Ø COACHES - PLEASE REMIND YOUR PLAYERS TO THROW AWAY THEIR TRASH AND PICK UP THEIR AREAS!
If you leave a mess, you may not be invited back the following year. |

Ø There will be an admission
cost for spectators: $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for students, children
10 and under are free. |

The winners of each age
division will win a free entry into AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL (except 12's) |

1st and 2nd place teams in the gold bracket will receive medals.
1st place in silver bracket will also get medals (except 12's) |
